"Easy to get scheduled"
I got my appointment set up really quickly, which was nice. Didn’t have to go back and forth much or anything... just kind of got it done.

"Clean and Mostly Comfortable"
I went into the dealership and, it was clean overall. The floors looked like they were being kept up, the waiting area wasn’t messy, and even the bathrooms were decent. There were, um, a few cups left around the coffee area, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars...

"Left Waiting With No Real Updates"
I applied online and then basically got stuck waiting around with no clear answers. Support kept saying someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. I had to keep chasing them just to get basic updates on my loan approval, which was really frustrating. Like, if I’m the one doing all the follow-ups, make it make sense. felt like a waste of time

"Inventory Feels Hit or Miss"
The online inventory wasn’t even close to accurate. A car showed as available, so I called about it, and it was already gone. I checked on a few others too, and it was the same story. It ended up feeling really hit or miss and just wasted my time. Hard to trust the site after that

"Service Took Forever and Still Wasn’t Right"
I brought my car in for what was supposed to be a simple service, and of course it turned into this whole annoying ordeal like it always does with places like this. Getting updates was a hassle, I waited way longer than they originally told me, and when I finally got the car back, it still didn’t feel right. i’m done with autonation service and won’t be going back

I bought the car online, the car itself is fine, so maybe I’m not being unreasonable here, but the whole delivery experience was annoying. The delivery time kept changing, and nobody really explained what was going on. I ended up having to call twice just to figure out where the car even was. The pickup for my trade-in wasn’t much better either, the driver showed up late and seemed confused about the paperwork. I get that delays happen, but it would’ve been nice to get clearer updates without having to chase people down.

The repair ended up dragging on for weeks, and the whole process felt like way too many steps for something that should’ve been simple. I barely got any updates unless I followed up myself, which made it even more frustrating. By the end, I was just tired of waiting and trying to figure out what was going on

"Home Delivery Made Things Easier"
I tried AutoNation’s home delivery because I really didn’t feel like driving across town that day, especially since I had already been running errands all morning and still had groceries sitting on the counter. Overall, it was convenient. The car showed up right on time, and the driver walked me through the basic stuff without making it feel rushed. The paperwork did take a little longer than I thought it would, but it was still way less stressful than going into the dealership. It saved me a trip, and I’d probably do it again.

"Helpful, but I’d still double-check"
I used autonation.com to look at cars and compare prices, and it was sorta okay overall. The site was easy enough to get around, and most of the info was clear. That said, I did feel like I had to double-check a few things with the dealer because some details didn’t match up exactly. It wasn’t a bad experience, I’m just not fully trusting it yet. I’d probably use it again, but I’d be careful and confirm everything first

"Good Communication Throughout"
They kept me updated enough along the way, which I really appreciated. If you’re like me and just want to know what’s going on without having to chase people down, they did a solid job with that. I’d say they’re a good option if clear communication matters to you.

Bought my car from AutoNation and had a small paperwork issue about a week later. Figured I’d get bounced around, but the support guy actually called back same day. Took one extra email to clear it up, so not perfect, but they handled it and didn’t make me feel like a hassle. Solid post-sale service.

"Wish I Had Read the Warranty Details First"
I bought a car through autonation and ended up adding the warranty/protection plan because, in the moment, it sounded like the responsible thing to do. The person at the desk made it seem useful, and I figured it was better to have the extra coverage than regret it later. But after sitting down and actually reading through the paperwork, especially the fine print, I realized a lot of the things I assumed were included either have limits or aren’t covered the way I thought. The service itself was fine, nothing terrible, but the plan feels overpriced for what it actually offers. I just wish I had taken an extra 10 minutes to review it more carefully before signing.

"I tried to buy a car…"
I tried to buy a car online through them, the whole thing turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The price looked fine when I was going through the checkout process, but then after checkout, it somehow changed, and no one I talked to could really explain why or what had happened. I kept using the chat support, thinking maybe someone would clear it up, but I just got bounced around and sent in circles with the same kind of vague responses over and over. After wasting about two days trying to get a straight answer, I finally just gave up and canceled the whole thing. Really frustrating experience.

"Test Drive Felt a Bit Rushed"
I booked a test drive through autonation, it was just okay. The car was ready when I got there, which was nice, but I got the feeling right away that the sales guy was kind of rushing through it. He didn’t really answer many of my questions, and the route was so short that I couldn’t get a real sense of how the car felt. Nothing terrible happened, but my gut reaction was that the whole setup could’ve been a lot better for someone actually trying to make a decision...

"Not Much to Choose From"
I went on autonation hoping to compare a few cars in my area, but the selection was disappointing. It felt like the same kinds of vehicles kept showing up, and there weren’t many decent trims to pick from. The filters helped a bit, but not enough to make the search feel useful. After a while, it kind of made me question how much I could rely on the site if I couldn’t find anything worth actually going in to see

"Good Experience, Despite the Wait"
I had a good visit with AutoNation. The sales staff was professional and, for once, didn’t talk down to me like I didn’t know what I was doing, which I really appreciated. They answered my questions, gave me space to think, and didn’t pressure me the whole time. Yeah, it took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but that doesn’t mean it was a bad experience. The people were nice, easy to deal with, and overall I’d give them 4 stars.

"Slow but polite"
Customer service did get back to me. Just took longer than I thought. They were nice enough. Polite. No issues there. But updates were slow. Kind of had to wait around.
